Open Day is a yearly event hosted by our client, Vipservice, with the aim of sharing industry trends, their own research findings, and new products with their clients. This event is always sought after due to its valuable content and the opportunity for face-to-face communication, which is irreplaceable. We proposed this format to our colleagues two years ago, and it has been a great success!
The event took place at the Media Center of the holding, supported by the Radisson Hotel Group, which offered participants delicacies from their summer menu.
One of the leading industry publications, the MICE&More magazine, served as the information partner.
The service departments of the Ticket House Management Company ensured the event was organized at the highest level. The event was made as effective as possible thanks to the technical support from IT specialists, presentation materials prepared by the sales department, robust PR support, and overall hospitality provided by the holding's personnel.
The meeting's content was exceptionally interesting. First, guests were introduced to a new product by Vipservice that contributes to enhancing an employer's brand through a loyalty program, which the holding assists each client in launching. Vipservice Travel is a handy service for planning personal holidays and for swiftly booking business trips for small businesses.
Second, participants listened to the stories of success of concierge services for company executives. These stories were made possible not only due to the high-quality work but also the ultra-fast response of the team providing 24/7 support with the option to communicate via messenger.
Third, as part of the business program, Galina Polishchuk, Head of Corporate Business at Vipservice, shared her research on the business travel market for the first half of 2023 and offered a foresight of the future image of the business travel industry. Several MICE cases were also presented.
A thrilling part of the event was the interactive game called Business Travel School, where guests revised the business travel basics in a playful manner, took a business travel exam, and got a firsthand experience of the office life at Perevedenovsky lane.
