The Hamilton Apps application has a new expanded functionality that will help simplify the process of entering data on representative expenses.

Now users can:
– Create a list of participants in a ready-made Excel template;
– Upload the list of participants from the completed template directly to the system.

For the convenience of forming a list of participants, a ready-made Excel template with all the necessary fields is uploaded. The system checks that the required fields are filled in and, if they are missing, stops the download, showing an error message indicating the line.

The new functionality not only simplifies routine operations, but also minimizes the likelihood of errors when entering data, which is especially important when dealing with representative expenses.
