On September 7, 2026, Vipservice Holding announced the acquisition of ATH, one of Russia’s leading agencies specializing in business travel and corporate travel management.

The integration of ATH into Vipservice’s corporate business is part of the holding’s long-term strategy to expand its presence in the business travel segment, including MICE and Business Travel, create synergies between its technology platforms, and further enhance the quality of client service.

Key aspects of the integration:

– Continuity of client commitments: all existing ATH contracts, obligations, and service standards will be fully honored.

– Business resource support: ATH will gain access to the financial and technological resources of Vipservice Holding.
